gara-gara ngebaca ulang "The Happiness Project," gue semacam ketularan Gretchen Rubin untuk sering-sering ngobrol sama diri sendiri. trus jadi kepikiran these things I'm trying to tell myself:
1. make it easy on yourself.
stralah. gak usah ngoyo kalo lagi capek.
gak usah nagging.
perbanyak toleransi sama anak, sama diri sendiri juga. you're the only one you need to please.
eh tau-tau denger lagu ini lagi di radio, setelah sekian lama,

2. stop feeding my fear.
gak akan kenyang.
lagian, have some faith, sih.
3. make it a routine.
minum lemon. itu aja dulu deh.
